![]() ![]() The Diana Award gives recognition to outstanding young people aged 11-18 who make selfless contributions to their communities and invest a huge amount of energy and compassion to improve the lives of others. We also administer a special Diana Anti-Bullying Award for those young people who work hard to eradicate the scourge of bullying from their schools and communities. Our Awards are highly prestigious and are backed by the Memorial Committee that was founded to ensure that the memory of Diana, Princess of Wales is commemorated in a way that is of lasting benefit to our society. Diana's sons, the Princes William and Harry maintain a close involvement, giving encouragement to individual Award Holders and lending their support to major events. Our Award Holders are exceptional people, who have become positive role models for a generation by challenging negative stereotypes of young people. We work hard to give something back to them through our Diana Alumni programme, which helps provide them with the skills and ambition to build the cohesive society in which we would all like to live. Over 24,000 young people have received our Awards since 1999, and we couldn't be prouder of them. We know they place high value on the prestigious recognition that is given in Princess Diana's name. We hope they will inspire you to nominate the outstanding young individuals you know in your school, organisation or community. ![]() |
