Award Schemes
There’s never been a better time to nominate an inspiring young person for a Diana Award
It’s our 10th anniversary this year and we have marked the occasion by re-launching our award schemes, giving them added prestige for young people and more flexibility for nominating organisations.
You can nominate young people in three main categories.
- Individuals aged 12-18 who make a sustained, selfless contribution to their community, and who demonstrate exceptional personal qualities. These young people receive our main Diana Award, which is now assessed by a quality panel of experienced and talented individuals.
- Groups of young people aged 12-18 who have worked together to make their communities a better place to be. These young people qualify for our Diana Certificate of Excellence.
- Individuals and groups of young people who have tackled bullying in their communities and schools. Our Diana Anti-Bullying Award is for all those aged 5-18 who qualify.;
So, whether you know inspiring individuals, or groups of young people, there is now an Award or a certificate tailored exactly to their achievements. We would love you to say ‘thank you’ and nominate these wonderful people today.
The deadline for all three awards is 21st May 2010. So don’t delay – complete our online nomination form and help those exceptional young people on their journeys to become active and committed citizens.
