Media and Communications Officer,
£24k London
This is initially a 1 year contract which has potential to become a full time role
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive and unbureaucratic organisation in an exciting time of growth, working closely with staff and Award Holders to build the awards profile with its key audiences.
With a strong focus on media relations and the internet, the role will involve work with National, broadcast, internet and regional media. You’ll work to create greater awareness and recognition of the award to reinforce a feeling of prestige for recipients, to attract nominations, and for fundraising purposes.
With very strong writing skills and previous journalism or PR experience, you’ll also need to be energetic, proactive and able to juggle a number of projects simultaneously and work well within a team.

Alumni Project Officer,
£21k London
This is initially a 1 year contract which has potential to become a full time role
This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive and unbureaucratic organisation in an exciting time of growth, working closely with staff and Award Holders to develop the active Alumni Community Programme.
You’ll offer direct support to Awardholders in their regional groups, assist in the promotion of their work within their communities, develop Regional Showcase and fundraising events to promote the activities of young people and raise Awareness about the Award and assist in developing partnerships for the Diana Award community.
With previous experience of working with young people of all ages and and good project management skills, you’ll also need to be energetic, proactive and able to juggle a number of projects simultaneously and work well within a team.
