THE DIANA AWARD ADVICE MESSENGER_

Need urgent help? If you’re a young person in need of urgent help, text The Diana Award Advice Messenger. This service offers free 24/7 support if you are experiencing a crisis.

All texts are answered by trained volunteers, with support from experienced clinical supervisors. Texts are free from EE, O2, Vodafone, 3, Virgin Mobile, BT Mobile, GiffGaff, Tesco Mobile and Telecom Plus.

You can also call ChildLine on 0800 1111 for free to speak to someone about what’s happening and how you’re feeling.

If you are 18+ and in the UK Samaritans are available on 116 123 on 24 hours a day to provide confidential emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts.

If it’s an emergency and there is a risk to life, call 999.
